The Daily Mile👟🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♂️. To mark the 10 year anniversary of the scheme... guess what?...we all walked a mile today with Mrs Neely at the helm! It was lovely to go out as a class. We had such good manners! We said a cheery hello to the members of the public that we met on our path. They were delighted to see us all out in our hi vis vests.
Mrs Neely didn’t miss an opportunity to include a maths lesson enroute! She explained to us the length of a mile. We had to guess at different points around our route how far we had come. We guessed half a mile and then we had to work out what that was in decimal numbers. Well done everyone....great fun 😀
