There is a real sense of excitement this morning as our runners prepare for the Belfast Marathon. After months of dedication, training and preparation, they are ready to take on the challenge ahead. We are incredibly proud of each participant for their commitment and determination in reaching this point.
We would like to give special recognition and thanks to our fantastic team of runners—Mr Wilson, Liz Rutledge, Naomi Givan, Laura Wilson, Vikki Wilson, Glenda Hall, Sonia Johnston, Heather Darling, Maxine Crawford and Elaine Willis—who are representing our school community with such spirit and determination.
As the race gets underway, we wish them every success and hope they enjoy every moment of this fantastic experience—we will be cheering them on every step of the way! A sincere thank you also to our PTFA for their hard work in organising our participants and making this opportunity possible.
