It was a gorgeous afternoon for the Cross Country Club and they had great fun going through their paces. After a warm up, the teachers had set up something close to an agility course for humans. This exercise was all about accuracy and not speed. The children were put into three groups and they received points for their performance, so if you missed a hoop, a ring of the ladder or you knocked the hurdle down, your team would receive negative points. Despite the heat, everyone did their best and cheered on their teammates.
