Grandparents Day 2024

How else would we celebrate Grandparents Day in Moat Primary than throw open our doors and welcome our very special Grandparents and family members into our school! There was great excitement waiting for our esteemed guests to arrive.  We had one eye on our work and one eye on the classroom door! 🤣 It was a real privilege for us to share our wonderful classrooms, forest school, snack time, play through learning time with our nearest and dearest. A lot of our Grandparents couldn’t believe how much school had changed since ‘their day!’ 

Mrs Ebbitt caught up with her History teacher - Rory’s granny. It was such a special day.

We even managed a song to entertain our guests whilst they enjoyed a refreshing cup of tea or coffee in the assembly hall.
