As part of our celebrations topic, P3 has been learning about Chinese New Year. We were delighted when Miss Wang told us a lot about the traditions in China when in our class on Monday. We learned about how they clean their house in preparation for the new year. They wear red clothes and get a hair cut for the new year. They then decorate their doors with paper cuttings to welcome in the new year. We then made some paper cuttings for our classroom.
