Michael from Action Mental Health delivered session 3 of the Healthy Me programme . We learned about the importance of using kind words to talk to others and to ourselves . We had to think of kind words to describe ourselves as how we talk to ourselves is important . We practiced two new breathing techniques . Can your child show you the breathing techniques at home ?
