‘Nurture in 5’ lesson today in P6/7 .

Today P6/7 enjoyed a lesson with Mr Wilson and Karen from EA ‘ Nurture in Five’.🌈
We enjoyed the breathing exercises and stretches. Everyone enjoyed a wee treat by giving themselves a face massage that made them feel relaxed and calm. To wind down the children closed their eyes and listened to relaxing music, imagining  that there was a beautiful rainbow in front of them to follow . 🌈🌈
