Our full school assembly in honour of Queen Elizabeth II

Today we all participated in a full school assembly in honour of Queen Elizabeth ll. We reflected on her wonderful reign as our Sovereign. We heard special stories from pupils and staff of their experiences of meeting the Queen and her extended family...how pupils from the Moat Primary had the honour of going to Enniskillen and to Stormont to greet the Queen and Prince Philip 👑 Mrs McConkey told us all about Queen Elizabeth's life and her amazing faith in God. In her Christmas message in 2015 Queen Elizbeth said "Billions of people follow Christ's teaching and find in him the guiding light for their lives. I am one of them."Our teachers led us in prayer. We sang lovely hymns and enjoyed the talk from Mrs Black who helped us to remember the fun we all had at our Platinum Jubilee Celebrations.
