P1 Four Corner Coaching

Ross from Four Corner Coaching focused on athletics today. Following a warm up, P1 had to practise various ways to start sprinting. First from standing up, then from sitting down and lastly from lying down. Just a little bit tricky. Thank you Ross for a great session.
