Toni from the programme ‘ Nurture in Five’ has completed two sessions with P1 . We start our session by completing circle time . We had to pass an octopus and say our name . We listen listened to a calming story . Toni incorporated movement into our sessions by playing parachute games and singing action songs. We finish the sessions with relaxation strategies such as massaging ourselves with feathers or nice lotion .
