P1/2 Relax Kids

Today we were joined by our friends from P1 for a session of Relax Kids with Lorraine. We listenedand we warmed up.  We really enjoyed learning how to massage each other’s backs. We learned how important it is to believe in ourselves, we are all special and we all have special talents. Lorraine has shown us how to take 10 deep breaths before bed every night to relax ourselves. Thank you Lorraine 🤗
