P1/2 Relax kids

Today was our final session of relaxed kids.  We have all really enjoyed our time with Lorraine. We spoke again about how it  is ok to not be ok, as long as we know to speak to parents, teachers and friends. Lorraine showed us breathing strategies to use to calm ourselves using our fingers, a breathing ball and a mini windmill. We worked on trusting our friends, holding on to each other so as not to fall. We learned another relaxing ‘bath’ 💆‍♀️ 💆‍♂️ massage, bubbles up your back, water running down your back, drying your back and putting on your bath robe....so relaxing. Lorraine read us all a lovely story, and we had to relax on the floor.
