This week in 4 Corner Coaching, Ross had set out lots of different stations in our gym. We worked with a weighted ball, we practised our tumble overs and floor movements, we used the bench to help us with our sit ups and we enjoyed the different climbing frames. We had lots of fun 🤩 Thanks Ross!
