Another exhilarating session with Ross today. We have really been focusing on our balance skills. We have climbed on the bars, crossed the monkey 🐒 bars, climbed up and down the ropes, balanced on the benches. As our confidence has grown, Ross has encouraged us to incorporate more than one piece of apparatus; we have climbed the bars to reach the hoops, we have used our bodies to swing onto the cross bar and used our upper body strength to climb to the end of the bars! Wow! We had LOTS of fun!
