P2 World Book Day

We had such a fun and busy day for World Book Day! We had a costume and book show and tell before Mrs McElroy read us the books “What the Ladybird Heard Next” and “Mr Happy”. 

We drew pictures and wrote about ourselves in our costumes. Then we made crowns which said “I am a reader” before decorating them with some of our favourite book characters. 

We went on a book character hunt around the school and counted how many we found.

After lunch we went to the library. What a fun and busy day!
