P2/3 have been enjoying their weekly sessions with Michael from Action Mental Health. He has told us stories, we have asked questions and watched really interesting big screen videos. He has explained to us it’s ok not to be ok, who can we speak to if we aren’t feeling happy. We have been exploring our emotional and mental health and how we can make healthy lifestyle choices. We have really enjoyed these sessions.
