P2/3 British Science Week

Today we celebrated British Science Week with an outdoor class in the glorious sunshine. Mrs Black started a class discussion on living things.  We looked around our play ground and up to our forest school.  We talked about plants, trees, flowers and shrubs. We then had to think about these living things had.  roots, stems, leaves and flowers and what each plant and tree needed to survive, water and sunlight. We worked together and drew flowers with chalk on the playground and identified all the different parts. We really enjoyed our out door lesson in the sunshine.
