We enjoyed our session with Karen. She taught us different strategies to have fun, to breathe and to relax. We jumped around like different kinds of beans. Running beans and jumping beans were our favourite. We massaged our foreheads, jaws and faces. We relaxed and listened to stories. We had lots of fun.
