Today Ross had set up the gym into different sections.  we worked on our upper body strength - we tried really hard to pull ourselves up with just our arms.  To push us to the next level Ross changed up the bench to a higher pitch...we really did try hard! We also worked in groups to practice our balance and core strength and walking the bench and finishing with a pike dismount. We had lots of fun, Thanks Ross!
