P3 - 4 Corner Coaching.

This week we really focused on building our confidence using the different gym equipment Ross had set up for us in the hall. We climbed up the different apparatus, used our upper body strength to cross the ladders and to climb on the ropes and hoops. We focused our balance on the benches, walking and jumping off the end. And our yoga poses are getting stronger with practise. Another fun session had by all!
