This week in school Mrs Bogue offered all the children from P3 to P7 in school the opportunity to be on the Moat Primary School Council. If we decided to run for a place on the council we had to fill out our own personal application form and create our own posters. This had to be done in our own time and this really was a talking point in school.
Wow, what a result. We were all blown away by the high level of competition, each candidate spoke to their classmates about their wishes for the council and what they hoped they would achieve on behalf of their classmates, to make our school an even better place for us all.
We have really enjoyed this process. After hearing the candidates individually, we were the given our ballot papers which we each did in secret…you could hear a pin drop with the anticipation of thinking who we would vote for.
We are super excited to hear the outcome of our voting process 🤗🥇🥈
