P5/6 Musical Talent

We were delighted to listen to two Harvest pieces played by two P5 children.  One girl played a Harvest piece to the music ‘Shotgun’ by George Ezra on the Concertina.   She told the class about the concertina. It has 15 buttons on each side. Her concertina has three rows of buttons but some concertinas can have up to five rows.  The low notes are on the left hand side and the high notes are on the right side. We were very impressed with her confident playing.
The Harvest piece played on the violin was called ‘All Around Me’. We were equally impressed by the confident violin playing.
