P7 Stars are creating stars

Over the past couple of days, P7 have been busy creating part of the backdrop for the Christmas video. It started with a cardboard cutout of a star, which they had to bulk out by scrunching up thin paper and taping it to the template. The next step was coating their bare stars in Modroc, which are plaster impregnated bandages. When making the bandage a bit wet and applied to the template star, it could be sculpted and a beautiful star was created. After drying, the stars could be painted a lovely, bright yellow. The stars are now hanging up in the assembly hall.
