As part of P7’s topic of The Famine, Mrs Frazer demonstrated how potato bread was made. She brought in all the ingredients as well as a hot plate. She also told P7 a bit of history behind potato bread and she made enough food to feed the classroom. The children were even allowed to go for seconds. Thank you so much, Mrs Frazer.
