This morning we welcomed P1 back after a lovely half term break. It was a cold and frosty morning , we couldn’t miss the opportunity for a walk outdoors and engage the children with nature. We talked about Shrove Tuesday and pancake day. Then it was time to get sieving, pouring, measuring and mixing. We made delicious hot fluffy pancakes. The boys and girls cut their own fruit for toppings and we enjoyed a tasty treat. Billy the brave lion 🦁 loved being part of our very busy day in , P1 he calms and comforts us , a very soothing companion.
