As part of our rainforest topic, P3/4 have been completing activity based homework. They were very proud to show what they have created this week.
Today we also celebrated David Attenborough’s 100th birthday, we had the option to come dressed as a wildlife explorer if we wished too. We were delighted when Miss Walker brought us in book containing amazing facts about Sir David Attenborough. We were amazed when we read some of them. We learned a lot about his life and we also learned how we need to continue to protect our planet. We went outside to explore and learn how to use binoculars, P4 have also brought home their sunflowers that we have grown from the seeds we harvested from last years sunflowers. We finished off our day with a birthday cake and treats to celebrate 100years of David Attenborough.
