Does your child express their emotions in an inappropriate way? Maybe they lash out at you or take their frustration/anger out on their toys or the TV! Perhaps they struggle to regulate their behaviour in school.
In this workshop we will be exploring WHY children express their emotions in this way, but we will also be exploring strategies to support these children to regulate and improve their behaviour.
This workshop is led by Elaine McCrisken (BSc, MSc Psychology).
