Our P3 class has been enjoying the Daily Mile, a wonderful way to keep active and healthy each day. The children love getting outside for a brisk walk, jog, or run and it’s a great chance to clear their heads, chat with friends and boost their energy for learning. Taking part in the Daily Mile helps us to build fitness, resilience and a positive attitude towards looking after our bodies and minds.
