Ulster Scots Club 09.03.23

This time the Ulster Scots Club was all about the Scottish dance. The children practised the first position and were shown various moves, such as the Frog Stretch, the Duck Walk, the Butterfly Stretch and Reindeer Jumps. They also did more technical things such as a High Cut, Spring Points and Shedding. To finish the session a few games were played. One was called Fruit Salad and it had a dancing theme and lastly a swimming exercise was performed. It was all great fun. 🤩
