Great fun in the Ulster Scots after school club. Steve Lally came to visit. We were shown the didgeridoo and treated to the history of it. We heard some really fun sounds....our instructor made it sound like a dog!
We learnt some Ulster Scots phrases and words such as "mind your wheest" we heard some stories about the "crabbit" man and how he made a cup of "tae" and how it was "teemin" on the tin roof!
We sang 'shoe the donkey' and had great fun playing some musical instruments to the beat.
We finished our session off with some really fun Ulster Scots poetry...! We fitted so much in 😊
