Up up and away 🛬🚁🚒🚨

Wow! What a super exciting experience the children in P1had at Enniskillen airport. The sun shone as we enjoyed our tour of the airport, first up was the tower station for a Birds Eye view of the runway.we had to be quiet and listen carefully for the instructions coming in via the controls. It was then on to view the fire room and look at the equipment and get inside the emergency vehicles. Time to try out the fire hoses after our picnic lunch. Well this was a perfect cool-down in the sunshine. Mrs McCutheon and Mrs Bryans may have got a little wet 💦. A massive thank you to the wonderful staff Graham ans Niall, you made our trip very fun and helped us learn new and interesting facts. Before returning to school we had one last treat for the boys and girls, a lovely cool ice cream 🍦 at McDonald’s “ the best day ever” another wonderful fun filled week of learning in P1.
